Delaware-Maryland Synod Youth & Family Ministry

RoadTrip is the DE-MD Synod youth event for high school youth, and you're invited to come and roadtrip with us to Ocean City, MD for this year's event!  Join with over 400 young people and their adult advisors for a weekend of fun, fellowship, prayer, and faithful conversations as we engage with one another on how we connect with God's Word.

The event returns to Ocean City, MD for a second year, but to a new hotel in the resort town.  The Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel on 101st Street will be our host for the weekend, and we are excited about the possibilities that await us in this new location!

Youth & adult participants need to just fill-out the individual registration form, and give it along with your event fee to your church's primary leader!

Primary leaders, you will gather all of the individual forms for your group and complete the group registration form.  You'll send all of these forms in together (make a copy for yourself) along with one deposit check for your group postmarked by the following deadlines:

Regular Registration: December 15th

Late Registration: January 1st (+$20 late fee/person)

And if anyone in your group has financial need, consult your group's primary leader and see if your congregation can help.  The Synod also has limited funding available for those in need - fill-out the scholarship application and turn it in with your individual registration form.  Financial aid is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
